Welcome to Ergonos Consulting! It is my sincerest hope that while browsing through our website, you sense the excitement and pride we feel in this time of growth.

Ergonos Consulting was born in 1992, following changes in international labour markets. The increased competition, risks and opportunities brought about by globalisation meant international firms had to rethink their organizational structure to enhance their flexibility whilst optimising their financial gains.

Outsourcing became a viable means to improve productivity by externalising certain areas to specialised firms at favourable financial conditions.

We conceived Ergonos as a strategic partner to these companies. Our HR outsourcing services provide our clients a competitive organizational structure that optimises international human resource allocation, transforms fixed HR costs into variable ones and boosts productivity with access to the best personnel available.

We take pride in clients and candidates successes and we insist on going the proverbial extra mile to relieve both parties from administrative strains and create productive and profitable professional relationships. These have been our strengths and driving forces in our rapid growth.
