Our History

Ergonos Consulting was born in 2000 with the mission to respond to the increasingly changing international business scene.

Companies increasingly needed to outsource parts of their processes in order to react efficiently to the flexibility demanded by today's global market.

The founders of Ergonos realised this early on and brought together a decade of experience in HR and business management by acquiring the know how of a company active in the sector since 1992.

Over the years, we have grown with our clients and we pride ourselves in being an informed source of objective expertise. We have also built a vast, proprietary database of independent consultants and job seekers with diverse skills and capabilities that we are able to match to clients' specific needs and requirements.

The fruit of our vision has been our success. Ergonos has had an average growth in turnover of over 20% annually since our founding.

Ergonos Consulting is located in Geneva, Switzerland but we are also present in Germany and the United Kingdom.
