International Recruitment - Search for Fact Finder

Problem

Our client, Italy's leading international producer of thermoelectric power plants, contacted us to recruit a Fact-finder highly specialised in Siemens turbines. They needed to hire someone flexible enough to travel internationally to any plant in need of his expertise.

Solved

Though our initial consultation with the client to determine the specific skill set and geographic consideration, we were able to focus our search on Germany and England. We also strategically placed advertisements in German and British newspapers and trade magazines to cast as wide a net as possible to find candidates. After reviewing and screening interested candidates, we narrowed the potential list of candidates to the most highly qualified for submission to the client.

The Results

By contracting directly with Ergonos to perform this highly specific international effort, the client was able to save time, energy, and money that was better put toward growing their business directly.
