Ergonos Consulting SA (“Ergonos Consulting”, “we” or “our”) respects the privacy of our Website’s visitors and we are committed to the protection of their personal information.

We process personal data from consultants and candidates as well as our clients and their employees. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

1. Data we collect from registered users and how we use it

A. About consultants and candidates:

We collect information that you provide by registering on our website www.ergonos.ch and/or filling in forms, this includes but is not limited to your name, first name, date and town of birth, education, skills, employment history, photo and documents you may decide to upload). In addition we may collect information necessary:

  1. To establish and maintain a service or an employment or staffing/placement relationship with you;
  2. To assess your suitability for a position or task, to notify you of relevant opportunities, provide you with training opportunities, and information about missions and to negotiate and make offers of employment or assignment to you;
  3. To enable us to communicate with you through your “My Ergonos” personal page when you accomplish an assignment: provide you with the assignment details including contracts and relevant financial information;
  4. For the performance of our clients relationships, including providing clients with personal information necessary for their selection of consultants, on-site management services and assignments arrangements;
  5. For personal improvement, selection and appraisal purposes, and to improve the quality and performance of the services that we provide;
  6. For the compliance with and legal obligations and regulatory requirements, and
  7. Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data or other communication data and the resources that you access;

In so doing, Ergonos may process sensitive personal information, we will do so only to meet our legal obligations or with your consent (to allow us to more effectively process your application). Sensitive personal information means information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, education, health, social benefits.

B. About our clients and their employees:

Upon agreement of the business client (“Clients”) we create the company profile and transfer necessary information into the website, we then collect information that provided by filling in forms or uploading documents. In addition we may collect data necessary:

  1. For the establishment and ongoing business relationship with the Clients,
  2. For the management of delegated consultants and missions, including providing information to delegated consultants as may be necessary for the management of the assignment in your and their “My Ergonos” section of the Website.
  3. For customary internal Ergonos purposes, such as finance and accounting functions, legal functions, management functions;
  4. For the management of contractual relations and accounts
  5. For the compliance with and legal obligations and regulatory requirements;
  6. Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data or other communication data and the resources that you access;

2. Use of IP Addresses.

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a set of numbers that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you log on to your internet service provider. Web servers automatically identify your computer by the IP address assigned to it during your session online.
Ergonos Consulting, or third party companies acting on our behalf may collect information about your computer, including where available IP addresses, operating system and browser type, for the purposes of systems administration and to audit the use of our website. This Privacy and Cookies Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland without reference to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising from or related to a visit to our website or to our acts under our privacy policy shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Geneva (Switzerland) by one or more Arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The arbitration venue shall be in Geneva.
